Build time, which means dig to water fill is 60-80 days. This does not include the time that it takes to have the permit approved by your county before we can begin construction. Each county is different, but the time it takes ranges from 4-8 weeks.
Average pools are 70,000-100,000. The more features that you add such as a spa, heater, waterfalls, material of deck, infinity edge, large square footage, and raised spa will raise cost.
