Nestled along the dunes of Ponte Vedra Beach, this ocean-forward pool was designed as the heart of a custom coastal home, a welcoming place for family gatherings with unobstructed Atlantic views. Collaborating directly with the home builder and landscape architect, we created a sleek, modern layout that balances luxury with an easy, beach-day vibe.

What We Built

Working within the constraints of active home construction and shifting coastal sands, our team engineered grade beams and pilings for structural stability and coordinated closely with all trades to keep the project on schedule. The result is a refined, resort-style setting that feels luxurious yet relaxed, the ultimate expression of oceanfront living.

Dual sun shelves, a 6-foot shelf for loungers or children’s play and a 3-foot shelf on the opposite end for added seating and relaxation.
A full-length interior bench oriented toward the Atlantic, creating a seamless social zone within the pool itself.
1×1 glass mosaic waterline tile in soft oceanic tones that shimmer and reflect light throughout the day.
Pearl precast paver decking in a modern subway pattern that flows effortlessly into natural dunes and coastal greenery
LED color-changing lighting that transforms the space from serene daytime retreat to glowing evening oasis.
